Sairam Devotees,
SSP is hosting “Samapran Meditation” workshop in collaboration with “samarpanmeditationusa“on Oct 8, 2022 at 8:30 AM.
Samarpan Meditation is not a technique or method of meditation; rather it is Sanskara (Spiritual Values) that gets instilled in the practitioners. Unlike other meditation methods, this path does not involve any kind of Asanas (physical activities), fasting, Kriya (complex techniques) or commercial transactions. It is not just a path of intellectual information (knowledge) that leads to Agnya (Third Eye) Chakra; rather it is a path of Anubhooti (spiritual experience) that helps one to reach to the Sahastrar (Crown) Chakra and then progress up to the Samadhi (transcendental state). Samarpan means ‘to totally and unconditionally surrender one’s ego’ or letting go of one’s past or future thoughts, anxiety, negativity, etc. When a practitioner completely surrenders himself to the divine energy of a Guru, all the knowledge, wisdom and values of the Guru gets automatically transferred to him. Meditation is living in the present moment following the inner voice (intuition or Dharma). Thus, Samarpan Meditation makes one’s Soul their own Guru.
Samarpan Meditation was brought from the Himalayas into the society by Shree Shivkrupanand Swami, an enlightened yogi living in India. Swamiji’s energies and aura have been scientifically researched and tested. In Swamiji’s vision “the world is one family”, and He aims to awaken every soul through Samarpan Meditation and raise the collective consciousness across the world as one human family. Samarpan Meditation is offered for FREE to everyone equally irrespective of race, religion, color, caste, language, gender, lifestyle, or nationality. Today, over 3 million people are associated with Samarpan Meditation in over 65 countries around the world.
