|Insurance requirements||It is mandatory to get insurance for the day of event. Add temple address to an existing home insurance or renter’s insurance policy as “rider insurance” for the event day.|
|MR hall reservation and Usage||Submit the request via online - MR Rental Request
Complete/Sign the twenty page rental agreement that covers three key sections
Provide a 50% rental advance deposit ( Minimum 100$ deposit for 1 hour rentals) cheque in the name of “Shirdi Sai Parivaar”
Service rendered will be confined to the areas and timings as noted in the Hold & Harmless agreement. The usage of the facility will comply with the SSP guidelines.
|Cleaning Charges||$25 additional cleaning charges will be applied|
|How do I submit the rental request||Submit the request via online - MR Rental Request|
|Reservation timings||The hall is reserved for your requested duration. These hours are counted as rental hours. The MR hall will be provided for an additional 30 minutes before the event for preparation and 30 minutes after for cleanup. These 30 minutes before and after are not counted towards rental hours. Any usage of the MR hall beyond the 30 minutes will be counted as rental hours. (Weekend Center Timings: 6.30am – 9pm).|
|Setup||Rentee/User is responsible for all set-ups and break-down of various facility items . It is requested that the “Rentee” get volunteers to help with setup and cleanup in the MR|
|Audio & Projector system||MP3 player/Laptop: To play your audio please get a MP3 player or laptop . One Projector screen is available(Projector Screen ) as part of the rental cost. Bring your hardware.
You can bring the audio/video files in USB / Thumb Drive.

|Audio and Mics||We provide about 8 Mics and Speakers . We do NOT have monitor .|
|General Guideline||NO Shoes and NO Food/Drinks are allowed in the Multipurpose Room|
|Ticketed Events||Per SSP guidelines you cannot sell tickets in Shirdi Sai Parivaar premises so they must be sold separately prior to the event.|
|Guidelines if the “Rentee” is planning to offer food before or after the event||Plan to get food that will be enough for (Rentee Guest count + additional 25%). This will cover prasadam for any devotees in the temple during that time . Plan to get paper products for the total count of guests planned.
Plan to get a few volunteers who can help with serving food and with clean up in the dining area during the event.
Please do not bring Styrofoam products.
|Advertisements||There should be no external advertising of events at SSP MR without prior SSP approval|
|Chairs||We provide about 250 chairs. It is requested that the “Rentee” get volunteers to help with setup and cleanup in the MR|
|Cleanup||Put away all the chairs (Stack) and move to a corner . We provide trolley to move the Chairs. Also perform vacuuming the hall as part of Cleanup.|
|Class Room Rental Charges||Sat-Sun Regular -$ 40 per hour - Please note that Class Room Rental and are subject to change.
