Seminar on Estate Planning 101: how to protect your family and your assets.
In this legal educational seminar, you will learn the basics of estate planning, including the format of a revocable living trust, will, power of attorney, and advance health care directive. You will also learn how to avoid court intervention (probate), and methods to protect minor children.
Seminar was on Sunday September 8th 4pm to 6pm at Shirdi Sai Parivaar Multipurose room. It was provided by Attorney Doron Ohel who has been practicing estate planning since 2004. He has various offices throughout the Bay Area.
