Saturday–Sunday: $210 per hour for regular rentals.
Saturday–Sunday Non-Profit Organization: $170 per hour.
Weekday rentals are not available. Rental rates are subject to change.
Insurance is mandatory for the day of the event. You may add the temple address to an existing homeowners or renters insurance policy as rider insurance for the event day.
Submit an online MR Rental Request, complete and sign the rental agreement, and provide a 50% rental advance deposit. For a one-hour rental, a minimum $100 deposit is required. Facility usage must follow the agreed timings and SSP guidelines.
The renter is also responsible for completing the required cleanup after the event.
Rental requests can be submitted online through the MR Rental Request form.
The hall is reserved for the duration specified in your rental request. You receive an additional 30 minutes before the event for preparation and 30 minutes after the event for cleanup, and these 30-minute periods are not counted as rental hours. Any additional usage beyond these periods is charged as rental time.
Weekend Center timings are 6:30 AM–9:00 PM.
The renter/user is responsible for setting up and breaking down facility items. Renters are encouraged to arrange volunteers to assist with setup and cleanup.
A projector screen is available as part of the rental. Renters should bring their own laptop or MP3 player and hardware. Audio/video files can be brought using a USB/flash drive.
Yes. SSP provides approximately 8 microphones and speakers. However, a monitor is not provided.
Shoes and food/drinks are not allowed inside the Multi-Purpose Room. All users must follow SSP facility guidelines during their rental.
Tickets cannot be sold on Shirdi Sai Parivaar premises. Tickets must be sold separately before the event.
If food is being provided, SSP recommends planning food for the guest count plus an additional 25% to accommodate devotees at the temple.
Renters should also provide sufficient paper products, arrange volunteers for serving and cleanup, and not use Styrofoam products.
External advertising for events held at the SSP Multi-Purpose Room is not permitted without prior approval from SSP.
Yes. SSP provides approximately 250 chairs. Renters are encouraged to arrange volunteers for chair setup and cleanup.
After the event, renters should stack the chairs and move them to the designated corner. A trolley is provided for moving the chairs. The hall should also be vacuumed as part of the cleanup.

Classrooms include chairs and a whiteboard. A mobile projector is also available as an optional facility.
