Beginner’s Yoga class
Come join us for a free beginners Yoga class where you will get introduced to basic Yoga Asanas (physical postures), Pranayama methods (breathing) and relaxation techniques. People of all ages are welcome. In case you have any major / chronic health issues, please consult your physician before joining the class.
Frequency : Every Sunday 5-5:45 pm (45 minutes), starting September 24, 2017
