Event Details

This yoga practice will focus on breath, body and mind coordination. We will practice pranayama, asanas focusing on various body parts, sun salutations and other dynamic practices – overall focus will be to slow down the wandering mind and get connected to inner self during this one hour session.

Proficiency prerequisite:   None
