Event Details

Please join to practice yoga for mind, body and breathe synchronization and to help cope with the day to day stresses and challenges of life in a mindful way.  The class will cover the following aspects of Yoga:

Pranayama – practice to control the prana

Breathing practices- to synchronize breath with body movements

Loosening practices- for better cardiovascular health

Various asanas- to strengthen various joints and muscle groups for better posture, pain relief and better sleep concluding with deep relaxation.

Enrollment Size : 15-20

Age Requirement : 18 and up

Pre-Requisites : Without major health issues

Timings: Tuesday and Wednesday 7 – 8 (1hr class)
