This is a beginner yoga class, including pranayamam, breathing, stretching and asanas.
Pre-requisites: Do not eat food 2 hours before the class . bring yoga mat.
Time: Every Sunday 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM
Age requirements: 10 years and above.
