This is a basic yoga class, including pranayamam, breathing, stretching and asanas.

Pre-requisites: Do not eat food 2 hours before the class . bring yoga mat.

Time: Every Wednesday 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Age requirements: 10 years and above.
