Gentle Yoga is a slower paced practice to make it more accessible to people of all ages. Yoga helps to remove any fears or challenges and helps with stress reduction and weight management. It creates an atmosphere of safety and comfort, fostering self-acceptance and self love.

Enrollment Size : 15-20

Age Requirement : 18 and up

Pre-Requisites : Without major health issues

Timings: Monday 7 – 8 (1hr class)
