Course: Beginner’s Mind
Description: Get introduced to Mindfulness in a friendly environment. Learn how to mange your emotions better and live a stress-free life. Totally non-religious and easy to follow.
Age: 18+ years
Class Requirements: (must to follow)
– Students need to attend all 6 classes to graduate to next level.
– Home practice to deepen learning (3 times a week)
– Maintain written logs
Please bring:
– Yoga Mat and a sitting cushion.
– Wear Socks and comfortable clothing to sit on the floor.
Start Date: Oct 27th (Saturday)
