Event Details

We are having International Yoga Day Event at SSC on June 24th from 9am to 10.30 am.  

Yoga for Kids: Age 5-10 years & 10-16 years

Fun-filled Yoga related games and Yoga exercises teach how to focus and be healthy doing Yoga.

Yoga for Adults: Age 16-50 years

Yoga exercises covering head to toe help activate all the organs of the body.  Starting with Sukhsma Vyayam followed by Pranayama, Yogasanas and Relaxation Techniques that can be practiced on daily basis to keep physically, spiritually and emotionally fit and manage everyday stresses of life effectively.

Yoga for Seniors:  Age 50+ years

Light exercises and Yogasanas for joint health and overall well-being.

Note:  Bring yoga mat & water bottle
