SSP is pleased to announce the starting of Bal Sanskar Shala class

The course objectives are

Class includes highly interactive sessions, individual/group exercises, presentations and workshops. This unique experience is complimented by:

• Prayers & Meditation – comprises of basic prayers, meditation techniques, and Sanskrit mantras

• Physical Health – instructions on basic pranayama practices and yoga

• Language Skills – children will have the opportunity to learn Sanskrit

• Indian Cultural Programs – comprises of discussions, explanations and celebrations of major cultural festivals and rituals, Core values such as compassion, honesty, forgiveness etc. and stories/activities to inculcate them. Open dialogues about practicing values in school and issues faced by kids in school such as bullying etc.

• Vedic Math – Will be offered to children in the 9-12 years age group. This is optional and not part of the core curriculum
