SSP provides donation to a local animal shelter every second Saturday of the month at 11:30 am.The SSP Animal Shelter Seva involves buying dog/puppy/cat/kitten food on behalf of SSP for the Humane Society Silicon Valley (HSSV). There will no intended interaction with animals. It involves buying the food from their store and getting the donation receipt. The amount will be reimbursed by SSP. The Seva activity gets done approximately in 30 – 40 minutes. You can check them out at www.hssv.org. Children are welcome to participate but should be accompanied by parents at all times.
Outside of the SSP Seva, you are more than welcome to tour the center at your leisure. The shelter is located at 901 Ames Ave., Milpitas, 95035.
