The aim is to promote positive health by practicing yoga.The class is designed mainly for adults, and will include breathing practices, loosening practices, asanas, relaxation techniques & pranayama.

Pre-requisites:  None

Age Group:  Adults

Class Size: 20-25

Day/Time for Class:  Sunday : 8.00 am – 9.00 am

Frequency: Weekly

Attire: Wear comfortable clothing .
