Class Title : Mastering Mindfulness Meditation in Everyday Living

Description: Mindfulness has been helping individuals to realize their full potential and lead a productive life. This class teaches you how to apply mindfulness in your everyday life – be it at work or in your family. 

In this Class, you’ll learn:

  • What is Mindfulness
  • Bring Focus and Clarity to your Mind
  • Achieve Better Productivity with Mindfulness
  • Mindfulness Exercises
  • Simple Meditation Techniques

Class Schedule: 

Sitting Meditation – 20 minutes

Mindful Walking – 10 minutes

Lecture on Mindfulness – 30 minutes

Class Requirements:

Bring a Yoga mat and a cushion for sitting meditation. 

Age Group: 18 and above

Day and Time: Saturdays 9:30 to 10:30 AM
