Heartfulness Relaxation & Meditation

Heartfulness paves the way for overall well-being by balancing one’s existence and improving relationships. Come, experience the beauty of the heart!Join us for a 4-week workshop. Each 1 hour session will have a practical component to relax and meditate.

  • The restless mind: How to deal with thoughts during meditation?
  • Rejuvenation
  • Self-observation and journaling
